Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual, Bowsprit Capital Corporation Limited (the "Company"), the Manager of First Real Estate Investment Trust ("First REIT") wishes to confirm that there was no person occupying managerial position in the Company or any of its principal subsidiaries who is a relative of a Director or Chief Executive Officer or Substantial Shareholder of the Company or Substantial Unitholder of First REIT for the financial year ended 31 December 2008.
