LAAPL is jointly held by HKC Property Investment Holdings Limited ("HKC Property") and Admiralty Station Management Limited ("Admiralty"). Accordingly, HKC Property has an interest in the 937,515,496 Units in which LAAPL has an interest. Hongkong Chinese Limited ("HCL") is the holding company of HKC Property. Accordingly, HCL has a deemed interest in the 937,515,496 Units in which HKC Property has an interest. Hennessy Holdings Limited ("HSL") is the holding company of HCL. Accordingly, HSL has a deemed interest in the 937,515,496 Units in which HCL has an interest. Lippo Limited ("LL") is an intermediate holding company of HKC Property and Hongkong China Treasury Limited ("HKCTL"). HKCTL has a direct interest in 1,644,588 Units.
